Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 12, 2019, Peter R. Kagan and James R. Levy each notified Antero Resources Corporation (the Company) of his intent to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately in connection with the divestiture of Warburg Pincus remaining interests in the Company. The resignations were not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any of its affiliates on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 12, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Kagans and Mr. Levys resignations, and the appointment of Benjamin A. Hardesty as Lead Director. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
