Fill out the Change of Address Form, fill in your updated address information, and return a copy via mail or e-mail to the contact information below:

If you are unable to print the Change of Address Form, please mail or e-mail the following information to the address above:

  • The full name on the account
  • The owner/payee number or the last 4 of SSN #/Tax ID
  • The old address
  • And the new address

* Please allow four weeks for our system to be updated.

Division Order paperwork is generally issued following the production of oil and gas where your property is located. The paperwork includes your decimal interest, interest type, property name, property number, and owner number.

Circumstance Required Documentation

Deceased owner with a will (testate)

  • Copy of the probated and recorded will
  • Administration filings
  • Copy of the trust document, if applicable
  • Copy of the Death Certificate
  • List of the heirs' contact information

Deceased owner without a will (intestate)

  • Estate Administration Documentation
  • Copy of the Death Certificate
  • List of the heirs' contact information

Deed/Conveyance of property

  • Copy of the recorded deed from the county wherein the property is located

Updates to Title

  • Copy of Power of Attorney or Attorney in Fact documentation
  • Marriage License/Certificate
  • Divorce Decree

Your owner/payee number is unique to your interest and revenue checks. Owner/Payee numbers are located in the upper right-hand corner of your check detail or the middle of your division order paperwork above your address. Please have your owner/payee number ready whenever you communicate with the Owner Relations department.

Revenue payments are processed on the last business day of each month. Payment will be issued to ACH owners when the account balance exceeds $25. Payment will be issued to check owners when the account balance exceeds $100. Unfortunately, we cannot provide check amounts or details over the phone for personal security reasons.

Fill out the Direct Deposit Form and follow the instructions provided. Please mail the completed ACH form and a voided check, or e-mail a copy of the form and check to the contact information below:

If you have not received your royalty payment by the 15th of the month, please contact payment inquiries at (303) 357-6405 and leave a detailed voicemail or e-mail: paymentinquiries@anteroresources.com

1099 forms are mailed out no later than January 31st of each year. If you have not received a 1099 by February 15th, or have questions concerning your 1099, please use the following contact information:

If your property is located in West Virginia, Declaration of Pooling documents are recorded in the county courthouse of the county wherein the property is located. Generally, these recorded documents may also be found on the county website.

If your property is located in Ohio, Declaration of Unitization documents are recorded in the county courthouse of the county wherein the property is located. Please contact the courthouse for a copy.
